ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ УСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ СОТРУДНИКОВ ПЕНИТЕНЦИАРНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ: ОБЗОР ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

Аннотация

Обоснование. Сотрудники исправительных учреждений уголовно-исполнительной системы в любой стране мира находятся под угрозой внезапного усиления стресса на рабочем месте, что создает необходимость научного поиска личностных ресурсов, обеспечивающих их психическое здоровье и эмоционально-психологическое благополучие. За рубежом накоплен опыт исследования психологической устойчивости сотрудников пенитенциарной системы как предиктора психического здоровья и протектора выгорания. Цель данной статьи – представление обзора зарубежных публикаций, посвященных изучению психологической устойчивости сотрудников пенитенциарной системы, выполненного с позиции системного подхода к анализу факторов (предикторов) ее развития и к их диагностике.

Методы исследования. Произведен поиск статей в международных базах данных (Web of Science, Scopus, Semantic Scholar) с последующим контент-анализом. Контент анализ был направлен на систематизацию факторов производственного риска и факторов (предикторов) развития психологической устойчивости сотрудников пенитенциарной системы, методов диагностики психологической устойчивости и состояния психологической устойчивости.

Результаты исследования конкретизируют подходы к определению и исследованию психологической устойчивости сотрудников пенитенциарной системы США, Великобритании, Китая, Нигерии. Обобщены средовые и внутриличностные факторы (предикторы) психологической устойчивости. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в России при исследовании психологической устойчивости сотрудников пенитенциарной системы и реализации специальных программ профессионально-психологического сопровождения.
