WAYS AND MEANS OF FORMING ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF BACHELORS OF ECONOMICS AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
In the process of professional training, future bachelors of economics form a certain stock of competencies that are indicators of their competitiveness. Therefore, an important task of a modern university is the formation of all segments of high-quality education for the graduation of competitive specialists. The professional training of future bachelors of economics in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ regulates a number of tasks of the educational process, among which the main ones are the implementation of professional disciplines and practices with a certain set of competencies for the comprehensive development of a specialist. Currently, an active search and analysis of the main ways and means that can affect the professional position and competence of the graduate is underway. The present study is devoted to the analysis and substantiation of ways and means of forming entrepreneurial competence in the professional training of bachelors of economic specialties at the university. Obtaining a classical economic education is currently very relevant among applicants. Interest in entrepreneurial education has been growing since entrepreneurs have become one of the key drivers of business growth worldwide. The purpose of this study was to develop pedagogical conditions and an author’s model of the formation of entrepreneurial competence among the bakers of economists in the educational process of the university. The obtained results will contribute to the methodology and technology of vocational education, expanding the understanding of the formation of entrepreneurial competence by modernizing the process of forming the entrepreneurial competence of Bachelor of Economics in higher education on the basis of a structural and functional model and pedagogical conditions.
Research methods: analysis of scientific, educational and methodological literature and pedagogical experience in the formation of entrepreneurial competence of Bachelor of economics; pedagogical modeling, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. To study the relationship between the level of entrepreneurial competence (in terms of expert assessment) and the level of formation of project competence, the Mann-Whitney U-test method was used. To assess the formation of entrepreneurial competence, a contextual-reflexive approach was implemented to the problem of the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future economists, innovative pedagogical technologies were applied – cross-technologies of the situational center; the creation of a reflexive methodological system for modeling entrepreneurial situations.
Results. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, the authors have developed pedagogical conditions and the author’s model for the formation of entrepreneurial competence among economic engineers in the learning process. During the pedagogical experiment on experimental verification of the developed pedagogical conditions and the author’s model, their effectiveness in the aspect of the formation of entrepreneurial competence was established.
The scope of the results. The results of the study can be applied in the practice of professional education of Bachelor of Economics at universities in Russia.
