ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ КЛАСТЕРОВ МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА НА ВЫРАЖЕННОСТЬ ДЕПРЕССИВНЫХ РАССТРОЙСТВ
Аннотация
Цель. Изучить влияние различных кластеров метаболического синдрома на выраженность депрессивных расстройств по шкале CES-D.
Материалы и методы. Обследовано 136 пациентов мужского пола, из них с метаболическим синдромом (МС) – 60 человек. МС диагностировали на основе критериев клинических рекомендаций Всероссийского научного общества кардиологов 2009 года. Оценку выраженности депрессии проводили с использованием шкалы Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale – CES-D.
Результаты. Установлено, что среди мужчин с МС депрессивные расстройства различной выраженности по шкале CES-D встречались у 40% обследованных. При этом среди мужчин, имеющих МС, число лиц с тяжелой депрессией по шкале CES-D было выше. Среди лиц с четырехкомпонентным кластером МС чаще встречались пациенты с тяжелой депрессией – 57,1%. У мужчин с депрессией по шкале CES-D различной выраженности чаще встречался трехкомпонентный кластер МС, состоящий из абдоминального ожирения, артериальной гипертонии и повышенного уровня холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности.
Заключение. Сочетание абдоминального ожирения, артериальной гипертонии и нарушений липидного обмена, характеризующихся высокими значениями липопротеинов низкой плотности, было самым частым кластером МС среди мужчин с депрессивными расстройствами различной выраженности по шкале CES-D.
