ИСТОРИЯ СОЗДАНИЯ ЧАТ-БОТОВ: ОТ ИДЕИ ДО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ В ПРИКЛАДНОЙ ПСИХОЛОГИИ
Аннотация
Цель статьи. Изучить потенциальные возможности и преимущества использования чат-ботов в прикладной психологии. Определить оптимальные способы интеграции чат-ботов в существующие психологические услуги и программы. Провести анализ и обзор литературы для выявления общих тенденций и выводов по использованию чат-ботов в прикладной психологии. Систематизация исследований в этой области поможет понять потенциал чат-ботов, определить оптимальные стратегии их использования, а также выявить направления для дальнейших научных исследований данной технологии.
Методология проведения работы. Основополагающим для исследования является системный подход. Основные теоретические методы исследования: анализ, синтез, дедукция. Данная статья представляет собой обзор истории развития чат-ботов в прикладной психологии. В нее включены исследования, изучающие использование чат-ботов с целью укрепления психологического здоровья.
Результаты. Результаты исследований относительно практичности и безопасности чат-ботов, используемых для укрепления психологического здоровья, являются многообещающими. Но, использовать чат-боты в прикладной психологии, нужно с крайней осторожностью. Данные технологии можно назвать экспериментальными. Исследований в этой области недостаточно, они носят преимущественно пилотный характер.
Выводы. Такие темы, как эффективность и особенно безопасность применения чат-ботов в прикладной психологии, должны стать неотъемлемой частью будущих программ исследования фундаментальной психологии.
