      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Обоснование. В статье описывается созданный коллективом авторов компьютерный игровой тренажер, предназначенный для подготовки будущих учителей к взаимодействию с различными категориями участников образовательного процесса. Разработан сценарий работы тренажера, согласно которому игроку предлагаются вводные проблемные ситуации и варианты их решения. Типовые проблемные ситуации получены методом опроса работающих в образовательных организациях учителей или генерируются с помощью нейронных сетей с последующим авторским редактированием. Отслеживается изменение рейтингов для каждой категории участников процесса. Выбираются пороговые значения рейтинговых показателей, при приближении к которым объявляется предупреждение, а при выходе за них игра заканчивается. Написание данной работы было вызвано необходимостью организации, в дополнение к традиционным, новых форм подготовки для нового поколения студентов, готовящихся стать учителями. Эти формы и методы предполагают использование современных возможностей компьютерных технологий и искусственного интеллекта. Цель – описание концепции игровых тренажеров и образца конкретного тренажёра, созданного коллективом авторов, а также предварительных результатов его апробации. Материалы и методы. Был проведён анализ причин необходимости и полезности создания игрового стимулятора для подготовки будущих учителей, а также для сглаживания процесса адаптации начинающего учителя к работе в школе. Коллективом авторов было создано несколько версий игрового симулятора в разных форматах. В ряде версий использовались игровые движки Unity, Unreal Engine и им подобные. Другие версии были созданы на основе принципов функционального программирования на vanilla JavaScript. Кроме того, использовались язык программирования TypeScript, фреймворк Svelte, другие программные приложения, и языки программирования. На созданном тренажёре было проведено пробное тестирование молодых учителей из регионов Республики Татарстан, а результаты тестирования подвергнуты первичному статистическому анализу. Результаты. Коллективом авторов создан тренажер, который может на наш взгляд помочь в решении проблемы оттока молодых учителей из школы в самом начале их трудовой деятельности. В работе приводится подробное описание его работы. Созданный симулятор был протестирован на молодых педагогах из разных районов Республики Татарстан с опытом работы до 3 лет. Результаты тестирования позволяют сделать некоторые выводы об ошибках в организации их работы и дать рекомендации по устранению этих ошибок. Дальнейшее использование такого тренажёра требует увеличения банка типичных и нетипичных проблемных ситуаций с возможными вариантами их решения, которые закладываются в ход работы симулятора. Это позволит будущему учителю разработать экспликативный инструментарий для безболезненного вхождения в профессию.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Background. The article describes a computer game simulator created by a team of authors, designed to prepare future teachers for interaction with various categories of participants in the educational process. A simulator operation scenario has been developed, according to which the player is offered introductory problem situations and solutions. Typical problem situations are obtained by interviewing teachers working in educational organizations or are generated using neural networks with subsequent author's editing. The change in ratings for each category of participants in the process is monitored. Threshold values of rating indicators are selected, when approaching which a warning is announced, and when going beyond them the game ends. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to describe the concept of gaming simulators and a sample of a specific simulator created by a team of authors, as well as the preliminary results of its testing. Materials and methods. An analysis of the reasons for the need and usefulness of creating a game stimulator for the training of future teachers, as well as to mitigate the process of adapting a novice teacher to work at school, was carried out. The team of authors has created several versions of the game simulator in different formats. A number of versions used the game engines Unity, Unreal Engine and the like. Other versions were created based on the principles of functional programming in vanilla JavaScript. In addition, the TypeScript programming language, the Svelte framework, and other software applications and programming languages were used. Trial testing of young teachers from the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan was conducted on the created simulator, and the test results were subjected to primary statistical analysis. Results. A team of authors has created a simulator that, in our opinion, can help solve the problem of the outflow of young teachers from school at the very beginning of their work. The paper provides a detailed description of his work. The created simulator was tested on young teachers from different regions of the Republic of Tatarstan with up to 3 years of work experience. The test results allow us to draw some conclusions about errors in the organization of their work and provide recommendations on how to eliminate these errors. Further use of such a simulator requires an increase in the bank of typical and atypical problem situations with possible solutions that are embedded in the simulator's operation. This will allow the future teacher to develop explicative tools for a painless entry into the profession.</p>
