Обоснование. В условиях стремительной цифровизации образования и возрастающих требований рынка труда к выпускникам вузов, формирование культуры самоорганизации становится ключевой компетенцией. Несмотря на разнообразие подходов к изучению самоорганизации, существует потребность в разработке эффективных педагогических моделей, учитывающих специфику цифровой образовательной среды технических вузов. Цель – теоретическое обоснование и разработка процессной модели формирования культуры самоорганизации у студентов технического вуза в цифровой образовательной среде. Материалы и методы. Исследование базируется на методах системного проектирования и анализа, а также педагогического моделирования. В процессе работы применялся процессный подход, акцентирующий внимание на динамике, последовательности и взаимодействии элементов исследуемого феномена. Результаты. В результате исследования разработана и представлена процессная модель формирования культуры самоорганизации студентов технического вуза в цифровой образовательной среде, учитывающая социальный заказ на подготовку конкурентоспособных специалистов. Отличительной особенностью разработанной модели является ее динамический характер, который, в отличие от структурных или функциональных подходов, позволяет отображать этапы развития и изменения, происходящие в процессе формирования компетенций. Установлено, что применение процессного моделирования способствует не только определению целевых установок, но и эффективному мониторингу прогресса в их реализации. Предложенная модель является научно-обоснованным конструктом, который может служить эффективным инструментом для целенаправленного повышения уровня культуры самоорганизации студентов в современных условиях обучения.
Background. Amidst the rapid digitalization of education and increasing labor market demands on university graduates, the formation of a self-organization culture becomes a key competence. Despite the variety of approaches to studying self-organization, there is a persistent need for developing effective pedagogical models that consider the specifics of the digital educational environment of technical universities. Purpose. The aim of this study is the theoretical substantiation and development of a process-based model for cultivating a self-organization culture among technical university students in a digital educational environment. Materials and Methods. The research is based on methods of system design and analysis, as well as pedagogical modeling. A process-based approach was applied during the work, focusing on the dynamics, sequence, and interaction of the elements of the phenomenon under study. Results. As a result of the research, a process-based model for forming the self-organization culture of technical university students in a digital educational environment was developed and presented. This model considers the societal demand for training competitive specialists. A distinctive feature of the developed model is its dynamic nature, which, unlike structural or functional approaches, allows for the display of development stages and changes occurring during competence formation. It was established that the application of process-based modeling contributes not only to the definition of target objectives but also to the effective monitoring of progress in their implementation. The proposed model is a scientifically grounded construct that can serve as an effective tool for purposefully enhancing the level of self-organization culture among students in modern learning conditions.
