Обоснование. Специальная военная операция стала катализатором процесса усиления значимости организации поддержки и сопровождения обучающихся в образовательных организациях со стороны педагогических команд, что в свою очередь, приводит к необходимости поиска эффективных моделей организации данного процесса в школах, детских садах и колледжах. В данной статье представлен опыт Кабардино-Балкарской Республики по формированию комплексной системы сопровождения детей участников СВО с использованием цифрового инструмента – платформы мониторинга состояния обучающихся. Цель – рассмотреть республиканский проект «Дети героев» с точки зрения его организационно-управленческого потенциала для выстраивания целостной системы психолого-педагогического сопровождения обучающихся. Материалы и методы. Материалами статьи стали данные цифровой платформы мониторинга состояния обучающихся, который одновременно является и методом исследования, авторы также использовали в процессе работы метод анализа данных мониторинга и результатов диагностики состояния обучающихся группы риска, теоретические методы изучения исследований, близких по тематике. Результаты. В результате работы было представлено подробное описание проекта «Дети героев» с точки зрения его целей, задач и механизмов реализации, были также представлены данные анализа результатов диагностики состояния обучающихся группы риска.
Background. The special military operation has become a catalyst for the process of increasing the importance of organizing support and accompanying students in educational organizations by pedagogical teams, which in turn leads to the need to search for effective models of organizing this process in schools, kindergartens and colleges. This article presents the experience of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic in the formation of a comprehensive system of accompanying children of participants in the special military operation using a digital tool – a platform for monitoring the condition of students. Purpose: to consider the republican project “Children of Heroes” from the point of view of its organizational and managerial potential for building a complete system of psychological and pedagogical support for students. Materials and methods. The materials of the article were the data of the digital platform for monitoring the condition of students, which is also a research method, the authors also used the method of monitoring data analysis and the results of diagnostics of the condition of students at risk in the process of work, theoretical methods of studying research close in subject. Results. As a result of the work, a detailed description of the “Children of Heroes” project was presented in terms of its goals, objectives, and implementation mechanisms, and the analysis of the results of diagnosing the condition of at-risk students was also presented.
