This problem is exacerbated by a combination of objective factors, such as high societal expectations of teachers and ongoing educational reforms, as well as subjective factors, including personal communication difficulties and a lack of confidence in their own professional skills. In this context, the search for effective pedagogical support mechanisms aimed at developing reflective competence and positive professional motivation in future teachers is crucial. This is especially relevant in the context of the use of pedagogical technologies based on artificial intelligence, in particular the «Digital Mirror» service developed at Moscow City Pedagogical University, which is used to evaluate student-led model lessons at the Center for Independent Assessment of Student Competencies (CISAC).</p> <p>Purpose. Development and testing of a methodology for tutoring support of students' reflective activities based on the analysis of the results of a model lesson obtained through the use of the «Digital Mirror».</p> <p>Materials and methods. This study is based on the work of A.P. Kaitov, dedicated to substantiating a model of pedagogical support for the development of positive professional motivation in future teachers, as well as S.Yu. Stepanov's theory of reflexive-humanistic psychology and co-creation pedagogy. The empirical part of the study includes model lessons conducted by Moscow State Pedagogical University students, followed by evaluation using the «Digital Mirror» tool and reflective analysis of S.Yu. Stepanov's adapted methodology. In our study, tutoring was provided to two groups of students: Group 1 independently developed interactions with the «Digital Mirror»; Group 2 worked with the «Digital Mirror» in collaboration with teachers and methodologists.</p> <p>Results. A reflective analysis methodology was adapted and tested to identify discrepancies between the expected and actual results of pedagogical students' performance. Students' self-perceptions were visualized on a coordinate plane, highlighting the "optimum" zone, which contributed to increased effectiveness in diagnosing and correcting students' professional identities. It was found that external assessment and pedagogical support facilitate the development of adequate self-assessment of their competencies by Moscow State Pedagogical University students during a model lesson and subsequent assessment using the «Digital Mirror». Therefore, the implementation of S. Yu. Stepanov's methodology, combined with tutoring support, is an effective means of developing professional reflection and motivational competence in future teachers.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обоснование. Ю. Степанова в сочетании с тьюторским сопровождением является эффективным средством развития профессиональной рефлексии и мотивационной компетентности будущих педагогов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тьюторское сопровождение</kwd><kwd>рефлексивная деятельность</kwd><kwd>позитивная профессиональная мотивация</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tutoring support</kwd><kwd>reflective activities</kwd><kwd>positive professional motivation</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Kaitov, A.
