Обоснование. Формирование духовно-нравственных ценностей у российских школьников в современных условиях представляет собой комплексный процесс, где правовые механизмы и патриотическое воспитание выступают взаимосвязанными компонентами единой системы. На фоне трансформации социокультурной среды и вызовов глобализации особую актуальность приобретает анализ эффективности существующих нормативно-правовых инструментов воспитательного воздействия и их влияния на формирование ценностных ориентаций подрастающего поколения. Проблема исследования заключается в недостаточной изученности механизмов взаимодействия правового регулирования воспитательного процесса с практикой формирования патриотических и духовно-нравственных качеств школьников, что приводит к рассмотрению отдельных аспектов воспитательных воздействий и снижению их результативности. Цель – выявить особенности взаимосвязи правовых механизмов и патриотического воспитания с процессом развития духовно-нравственных ценностей у российских школьников, а также определить направления оптимизации данного процесса. В ходе исследования проанализированы нормативно-правовые документы, регулирующие воспитательную деятельность в образовательных организациях, изучены теоретические подходы к пониманию духовно-нравственного развития личности, рассмотрены практические аспекты реализации патриотического воспитания в школьной среде. Результаты исследования показывают, что эффективность формирования духовно-нравственных ценностей у школьников напрямую зависит от качества правового обеспечения воспитательного процесса и системности патриотического воспитания. Материалы и методы. В статье были применены такие методы как социально-правовой метод, в рамках которого была рассмотрена взаимосвязь правовых механизмов и патриотического воспитания, аналитический метод, который позволил исследовать нормативно-правовые акты. В рамках данного исследования был проведен анализ нормативно-правовых документов, регулирующих воспитательную деятельность в образовательных организациях России, включая указ Президента Российской Федерации от 9 ноября 2022 года и Стратегию развития воспитания в Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года. Результаты. Результаты исследования показывают, что эффективность формирования духовно-нравственных ценностей у российских школьников напрямую зависит от качества взаимосвязи правовых механизмов и практики воспитательной работы. Только при условии системного подхода к решению выявленных проблем возможно достижение целей, поставленных в государственных документах по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей.
Background. The development of spiritual and moral values in Russian schoolchildren in modern conditions is a complex process, in which legal mechanisms and patriotic education act as interconnected components of a single system. Against the backdrop of the transformation of the sociocultural environment and the challenges of globalization, an analysis of the effectiveness of existing legal and regulatory instruments for educational influence and their impact on the development of value orientations in the younger generation is particularly relevant. The problem of this research lies in the insufficient understanding of the mechanisms of interaction between legal regulation of the educational process and the practice of developing patriotic and spiritual-moral qualities in schoolchildren. This leads to the consideration of individual aspects of educational interventions and the decrease in their effectiveness. The purpose is to identify the characteristics of the relationship between legal mechanisms and patriotic education with the process of developing spiritual and moral values in Russian schoolchildren, as well as to determine ways to optimize this process. The study analyzed regulatory documents governing educational activities in educational institutions, examined theoretical approaches to understanding the spiritual and moral development of individuals, and considered the practical aspects of implementing patriotic education in schools. The results of the study demonstrate that the effectiveness of developing spiritual and moral values in schoolchildren directly depends on the quality of the legal framework for the educational process and the systematic nature of patriotic education. Materials and methods. This article utilized a socio-legal approach, which examined the relationship between legal mechanisms and patriotic education, and an analytical approach, which allowed for the examination of regulatory legal acts. This study analyzed regulatory documents governing educational activities in Russian educational institutions, including the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 9, 2022, and the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation through 2025. Results. The study shows that the effectiveness of developing spiritual and moral values in Russian schoolchildren directly depends on the quality of the relationship between legal mechanisms and educational practices. Only through a systematic approach to addressing the identified issues can the goals set in government documents for preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values be achieved.
