        <p>Обоснование. Цифровизация высшего образования существенно изменила условия профессиональной деятельности преподавателей, усилив требования к постоянной онлайн-доступности и цифровой включённости. В большинстве современных исследований цифровое истощение рассматривается преимущественно как прямое следствие интенсивности цифровой нагрузки, тогда как психологические механизмы интериоризации цифровых требований и их регуляторная роль остаются недостаточно проработанными.&#13;
&#13;
Цель. Целью исследования является эмпирическая проверка структурно-регуляторной модели цифрового истощения преподавателей вузов, позволяющей раскрыть психологические механизмы трансформации цифровой онлайн-доступности в состояния когнитивной перегруженности и эмоционального истощения.&#13;
&#13;
Материалы и методы. Эмпирическую базу исследования составили данные опроса 371 преподавателя российских вузов. В работе использовались стандартизированные психометрические методики для оценки онлайн-доступности, нормативной цифровой идентичности, когнитивной перегруженности и эмоционального истощения. Анализ данных осуществлялся с применением структурного моделирования (SEM) и латентно-профильного анализа; устойчивость полученных оценок проверялась с использованием процедуры бутстреппинга.&#13;
&#13;
Результаты. Показано, что цифровая онлайн-доступность преподавателей оказывает опосредованное влияние на эмоциональное истощение через нормативную цифровую идентичность и когнитивную перегруженность. Полученные данные подтверждают наличие серийной регуляторной цепочки, связывающей внешние цифровые требования с состояниями профессионального истощения. Латентно-профильный анализ позволил выявить устойчивые психологические профили цифрового истощения, отражающие различные режимы цифровой саморегуляции. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что цифровое истощение формируется как регуляторный процесс, а не как прямое следствие интенсивности цифровой нагрузки.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Background. The digitalization of higher education has substantially altered the working conditions of university faculty, intensifying demands for constant online availability and digital engagement. In most contemporary studies, digital burnout is examined predominantly as a direct consequence of digital workload intensity, whereas the psychological mechanisms of internalizing digital demands and their regulatory role remain insufficiently explored.&#13;
&#13;
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to empirically test a structural-regulatory model of digital burnout among university faculty, which reveals the psychological mechanisms of transforming digital online availability into states of cognitive overload and emotional exhaustion.&#13;
&#13;
Materials and methods. The empirical basis of the study consisted of survey data from 371 faculty members at Russian universities. Standardized psychometric instruments were employed to assess online availability, normative digital identity, cognitive overload, and emotional exhaustion. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) and latent profile analysis; the robustness of the obtained estimates was verified using bootstrapping procedures.&#13;
&#13;
Results. It was demonstrated that digital online availability exerts an indirect effect on emotional exhaustion through normative digital identity and cognitive overload. The obtained data confirm the presence of a serial regulatory chain linking external digital demands with states of professional burnout. Latent profile analysis revealed stable psychological profiles of digital burnout, reflecting different modes of digital self-regulation. Overall, the results indicate that digital burnout is formed as a regulatory process rather than as a direct consequence of digital workload intensity.</p>
