Background. In the context of modern geopolitical realities, the issues of psychological rehabilitation of persons who participated in hostilities are of particular importance. The high prevalence of combat trauma among the participants of the SWO, as well as the lack of knowledge of the mechanisms of reproduction of traumatic experiences in everyday life, make this issue scientifically and socially significant.
Repeated traumatic experiences indicate deep violations in the system of sense formation of the personality. Understanding these mechanisms is necessary to develop effective rehabilitation strategies, prevent social adaptation of veterans, and reduce the risk of deviant behavior and suicidal tendencies.
Purpose – to describe the integration of combat trauma into a dynamic sense system (DSS) and to study the consequences of this process, in particular the recurring painful experiences of the combat trauma of veteran.
Materials and methods. The main research method is a systematic approach. Based on this approach, a theoretical modeling of the structure of the DSS of a combatant suffering from the consequences of the combat trauma is carried out. The article is based on a complex of sources, including articles, monographs, and textbooks on the problem of sense formation and research of combat trauma.
Results. The paper presents a model of a dynamic semantic system (DSS) based on a systemic approach. The DSS is described as a hierarchical structure that combines affective and cognitive processes of sense-making. It includes three levels (elemental, component, and systemic), each of which is associated with a specific level of activity organization (operations, actions, and activities). The system-forming function of the DSS model is the sense regulation of activity.
It is concluded that the process of sense formation is inextricably linked with activity and is completely determined by the need for its sense regulation. Therefore, the sense formations of the elementary, component and system levels of DSS are associated with the corresponding structural levels of activity: operations, actions and activities. In accordance with the principle of reasonable sufficiency, the sense formations of each level of the DSS have a level of structural complexity necessary and sufficient for effective sense regulation of the corresponding level of activity.
The features of the DSS of a combatant suffering from the effects of the combat trauma are described. The conclusion is substantiated that the experiences of events related to the combat trauma are the content of sense formations of the substantial, elementary level of the veteran’s DSS. This leads to the fact that the sense formations of the component level of the DSS, associated with the sense regulation of actions, and the system level of the DSS, associated with the regulation of activity, may include elements of the DSS associated with combat trauma. It is concluded that the continuous process of sense regulation of actions and activities causes repeated (continuous) painful and difficult experiences of events related to BPT.
It is concluded that the rehabilitation of persons suffering from the effects of the combat trauma should be aimed at transforming integrative forces that ensure the integration of elements into related components of the DSS, so that the selection of elements with compatible properties excludes elements associated with the combat trauma. In general, such a transformation should lead to a decrease in the integrative potential of the elements associated with the combat trauma and their exclusion from the components of the DSS.
Обоснование. В условиях современных геополитических реалий особую значимость приобретают вопросы психологической реабилитации лиц, участвовавших в боевых действиях. Высокая распространённость боевой психической травмы (БПТ) среди участников СВО, а также недостаточная изученность механизмов воспроизводства травматического опыта в обыденной жизни делают эту проблематику научно и социально значимой.
Повторяющиеся травматичные переживания свидетельствуют о глубинных нарушениях в системе смыслообразования личности. Понимание этих механизмов необходимо для разработки эффективных стратегий реабилитации, предотвращения социальной дезадаптации ветеранов, снижения риска девиантного поведения и суицидальных тенденций.
Цель – описание интеграции боевой психической травмы в динамическую смысловую систему (ДСС) и провести изучение последствий этого процесса, в частности повторяющиеся болезненных переживаний БПТ ветераном.
Материалы и методы. Главный метод исследования – системный подход. На его основе проводится теоретическое моделирование структуры ДСС участника боевых действий, страдающего последствиями БПТ. Статья основана на комплексе источников, представленных статьями, монографиями и учебниками по проблеме смыслообразования и исследования БПТ.
Результаты. В работе представлена модель динамической смысловой системы (ДСС), построенной на основе системного подхода. ДСС описывается, как иерархическая структура, объединяющая аффективные и когнитивные процессы смыслообразования. Включает три уровня (элементный, компонентный и системный), каждый из которых связан с определённым уровнем организации деятельности (операциями, действием и деятельностью). Системообразующей функцией модели ДСС является смысловая регуляция деятельности.
Делается вывод, что процесс смыслообразование неразрывно связан с деятельностью и полностью определяется необходимостью ее смысловой регуляции. Поэтому смысловые образования элементного, компонентного и системного уровней ДСС связаны с соответствующими структурными уровнями деятельности: операциями, действиями и деятельностью. В соответствии с принципом разумной достаточности смысловые образования каждого уровня ДСС имеют уровень структурной сложности необходимый и достаточный для эффективной смысловой регуляции соответствующего ему уровня деятельности.
Описывается особенности ДСС участника боевых действий страдающего последствиями БПТ. Обосновывается вывод, что переживания событий связанных с БПТ являются содержанием смысловых образований субстанционального, элементного уровня ДСС ветерана. Это приводит к тому, что смысловые образования компонентного уровня ДСС, связанного со смысловой регуляцией действий, и системного уровня ДСС, связанного с регуляции деятельности, могут включать в себя элементы ДСС, связанные с БПТ. Делается вывод, что непрерывный процесс смысловой регуляции действий и деятельности становится причиной повторяющихся (непрерывных) болезненных и тяжелых переживаний событий связанных с БПТ.
Делается вывод, что реабилитация лиц страдающими последствиями БПТ должна быть направлена на трансформацию интегративных сил, которые обеспечивают объединение элементов в связанные компоненты ДСС, таким образом, чтобы отбор элементов, обладающих совместимыми свойствами, исключал элементы, связанные с БПТ. В целом такая трансформация должна приводить к снижению интегративного потенциала элементов связанных с БПТ и их исключению из компонентов ДСС.
